Hello!  And welcome to our blog!

We are Mark and Michelle (aka "Expedition Duo"), and we live for adventure!  We enjoy visiting new places, trying new things and making new friends.  But most of all, we love making memories with each other, our family and our friends.

The main purpose of this blog is to share our travel adventures and experiences with the world.  However, we're also somewhat of a DIY couple.  We enjoy working together on projects, and prefer to do things ourselves rather than pay someone else to do them for us.  Therefore, we plan to post about some of those DIY projects as well. 

So, whether you're just here doing some research on a particular subject, or you have that adventurous soul like we do, and feel the need to see everything and go everywhere, welcome to our journey!  We hope you enjoy the ride!

Our goal is not to have you live vicariously through us, but to inspire you to get out there and do it, see it, and experience it for yourself!  There is beauty right in your own backyard!  We all get caught up with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and we walk right past the things that could change the way we see the world and never even notice them. Look... we know you’re busy... we’ve been there (and still are sometimes).  But, hopefully we can make it a little easier for you to do things like plan the trip of a lifetime, take the best hike you’ve ever been on, or complete that project you've been working on.

We plan to give our reviews on lodging, campgrounds, boondock locations, restaurants, camping and RV products, national parks and more.  We hope that you'll join us!  Time to get this expedition started...
